Yalla Rewards T&Cs:

  • The conversion rate is $1 for every 100 points.
  • Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Points expire after a period of 2 years.
  • Points can be redeemed for any of the services, benefits, and experiences Yalla Travel Agency offers.
  • Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
  • During the redemption process, you have the option to make purchases for yourself or redeem points on behalf of someone else under your account.
  • In the event of a refund for a purchase made using loyalty points, the refunded points will be adjusted according to the applicable refund policy, which may vary.
    e.g.: If you booked a $200 ticket using your loyalty points and the airline's refund policy refunds $150, the value of your refunded points will be $150.
  • You cannot refund the points you purchased for cash.
  • Taxi service is not included in Yalla Rewards points.
